Rooted in Practice, Guided with Care

I hold a grounded, compassionate space and cultivate a practice that is warm and welcoming. Trained extensively with master teachers in India, Australia, Europe, and the U.S., I draw primarily from Ashtanga, Iyengar, Viniyoga, Yin, and Ayurveda. My classes are artfully sequenced, weaving pranayama, strength-building, and meditation.
